• For online vouchers, if the Distributor fails / declines redeeming an offer / voucher or a non-functional voucher code, you must report it within 24 hours of purchasing the offer / voucher.
• Depending on certain conditions that apply to the type of product or service you have purchased, you may not be allowed to cancel your request.
• All canceled orders / suborders will be refunded according to the payment method you choose.
• As a merchant, Khoj Coupon is not responsible for any loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from the refusal to approve a transaction that exceeds the preset limits that the cardholder's account has agreed with the acquiring bank from time to time.
